Personalized Therapy and Medication Management for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder

I’m here to help.

Hi, I’m Dr. Kathryn Satyukov. I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes mental health care should be personalized, empowering, and go beyond just medication to create lasting change.

My approach is shaped by years of nursing experience in inpatient and residential psychiatry, combined with a passion for helping teens and young adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I’ve seen firsthand that true mental wellness isn’t just about symptom relief- it’s about building resilience, improving daily habits, and fostering a sense of confidence and control. That’s why I combine evidence-based medication management with lifestyle strategies like executive function coaching, sleep optimization, stress reduction, and nutrition. My goal is to help patients not only feel better but thrive in school, relationships, and life.

How I Help

  • A detailed assessment of symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors to create a personalized treatment plan. I take a measured, evidence-based approach to medication, ensuring it aligns with your goals and needs.

  • I help teens and young adults improve time management, organization, focus, and follow-through, providing customized tools to support their success in school, work, and daily routines.

  • Sleep is a critical piece of mental health, yet often overlooked. I assess sleep patterns, provide lifestyle-based interventions, and adjust medication if necessary to improve energy, focus, and mood.

  • What you eat impacts how you feel. I educate patients on how nutrition, movement, and daily habits influence mental health, helping them implement simple, effective changes to support focus, energy, and emotional well-being.

  • I provide practical strategies to help manage stress, build emotional resilience, and navigate overwhelming situations, integrating mindfulness and cognitive-based techniques to support self-regulation.

  • I work with parents to improve communication, set boundaries, and create supportive home environments, so they feel empowered and equipped to help their teen navigate ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

My treatment approach blends psychiatric care with practical, real-world strategies to ensure sustainable results.
